1. Services and Timelines
We will provide clients with an estimated project timeline at the start of each job. Please note that timelines may vary due to weather, scheduling, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Inaccuracies in details provided by the client (such as surface condition or scope changes) may result in revised pricing.
3. Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and book your project. This deposit is non‑refundable once the project is scheduled and materials are ordered. Final payment is due upon project completion, once the client has reviewed and approved the finished work. We accept standard payment methods as listed on your invoice or estimate.
4. Service Guarantee
Port City Painting Company LLC offers a 7‑day workmanship guarantee. If you notice any issues related to our work within 7 days of completion, we will return to address and resolve those concerns promptly at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors (e.g., weather, pets, or structural movement).
5. Scope of Work
Our services cover only the areas, tasks, and materials listed in your written proposal or estimate. Any additional work requested by the client outside of the agreed scope will require a separate estimate and approval before being performed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring work areas are accessible and clear prior to the start of service (moving furniture, décor, or fixtures as needed). Port City Painting Company LLC is not liable for damage to items left in the work area or for delays resulting from inaccessible spaces.
7. Liability and Damage
We take great care to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or unforeseen conditions that impact results. Liability is limited to the cost of labor and materials provided for the specific job.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking if changes are made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, subject to availability.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Customer information (such as name, contact details, address, and project history) is stored in secure, industry‑standard systems with limited access. We do not sell client data and only share information with trusted third parties as needed to process payments, schedule work, or maintain communication.
